Arthritis Symptoms

Many people have arthritis symptoms and don't even realize it. Since most forms of arthritis are chronic and progressive, it takes quite a while for someone to develop severe arthritis.  Any medication you take will not address the cause of arthritis and will not improve your condition.

If you show any symptoms of arthritis, then expect to have arthritis for 4-10 years. Typically when people have symptoms, they just ignore the symptoms and don’t recognize them as arthritis.

Here is a list of arthritis symptoms. Each person will show different symptoms of arthritis because each person’s body is different.

Dry scalp with dandruff
Dry whitish skin spots in different parts of the body
No earwax
Fingernails that are brittle or splitting
Premature grey hair
Skin wrinkles in the neck area
Ringing in the ears
Pale complexion
Stretch marks which appear after weight loss
Itching anus
Accumulation of dried flakes at the corners of the eyes
Constant nose itch
Stiffness in the morning after getting out of bed
Constant pain in the joints of the knees, hips or fingers

You can have one or more of these arthritis symptoms. If you do, you can start at any age using the oils good for preventing arthritis such as omega-3 fatty acids or fish oils. You can start eliminating those foods that are hurting your joints and bad for your health. Sometimes it takes awhile to eliminate specific foods from your diet.

Without the proper oil reaching your joints, they will slowly break down. The cartilage in your joints will be dry and this causes friction. This friction causes heat that will help in the slow breakdown of the cartilage in your joints. Because the cartilage has no blood vessels, nutritional oils cannot be directly delivered to its cells. Oils have to be absorbed into the cartilage by a process called osmosis.  Osmosis is a process by which oil (or water or any liquid) transfers itself from tissues rich in oil to those tissues lacking oil.
